Welcome to My Ayur, operated by Sresht Ayur Pte Ltd (UEN: 202514882K)(“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the My Ayur mobile application, website services, content, and any related services (collectively, the “App” or “Services”). By downloading,installing, using or accessing the App or any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

‍1. Definitions

  • User / you / your : Any person who uses or accesses the App, registers an account, or receives services from the App.
  • Services: All services provided through the App, including but not limited to diet/ayurvedic plans, health/wellness content, tracking,coaching, consultations, premium subscriptions.
  • Account: Your account with us, which you must register to access certain features.
  • Premium Services: Paid services or features, subscription or one-off payment, that are not part of the free version of the App.
  • Content: All text, images, audio, video, interactive tools,user-generated content, communications, and other materials made available via the App.
  • Health Information: Any information, advice, or recommendations related to diet, Ayurveda, health, wellness, lifestyle provided through the App.


2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use or register for an account, or else use under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or using the Services.
  • We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you fail to comply with these Terms.

3. Registration, Account & Access Credentials

  • To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide certain information.
  • You are  responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.You agree to notify us immediately if your credentials are compromised or unauthorized use is suspected.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

4. Use of Services / Acceptable Use

You agree that you will use the App and Services:

  • Only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Singapore or your jurisdiction.
  • Not to upload or transmit anything defamatory, offensive, obscene, illegal, infringing, or harmful.
  • Not to interfere with or disrupt the App, servers or networks connected to the App; or attempt unauthorised access
  • Not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App, except as permitted by law.
  • Not to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Not to use the App in any high-risk health area without consulting a qualified health professional (see health disclaimers below).

5. Health & Wellness / Medical Disclaimer

Because Sresht Ayur deals with ayurvedic / wellness / dietary advice:

  • All content, including diet plans, are designed for general wellness purposes. They are based on references from recognized dietary frameworks - the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, the European Food Safety Authority, and the Dietary Guidelines for Indians from the National Institute of Nutrition (India). This information does not replace professional medical advice
  • Always consult a qualified health professional before beginning any new diet, exercise, supplement, or treatment program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.

6.  Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, and other materials in the App are our property or licensed to us, unless otherwise noted.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App and Content for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the App or Content without our express prior written permission.

7. Paid / Premium Services, Payment & Refunds

  • If you subscribe or purchase Premium Services, you agree to the pricing, payment     schedule, and billing methods disclosed in the App.
  • Payments may be processed via third party payment providers; you agree to comply with their terms.
  • Subscription renewals: automatic renewals will occur unless cancelled according to the     process described in the App.
  • Refund policy: Refunds will only be provided in special cases at the sole discretion of Sresht Ayur (e.g., duplicate payments or genuine technical errors). All other purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Taxes:You are responsible for any applicable taxes (GST, etc.) if any.

‍8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on the content.
  • We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
  • You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sresht Ayur, its officers, employees, partners, contractors, licensors from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the App.

9. Privacy, Data Protection & User Data

We collect, use, store and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy and Data Policy

  • You consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • We may collect health‐related information, tracking data, location, usage data, device information.
  • Data retention: we will store your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes we collect it, or as required by law.
  • Security: we will take reasonable administrative, technical, physical measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Content & Links

  • The App may contain content provided by third parties, or links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for any third-party content, accuracy, or practices.
  • Including links does not constitute endorsement.

11. Modifications to the App or Terms

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App, or the entire App, at any time without notice.
  • We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms in the App and/or notify you by email/or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination or Suspension

  • We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict access to parts of the App if you breach any provision of these Terms.
  • On termination, the licenses granted to you will cease; you must stop using the App and uninstall/destroy any copies of Content downloaded.
  • Surviving clauses: Certain obligations (e.g. IP, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

13. Disputes, Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
  • You agree that disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
  • If applicable, include alternative dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration) before court.

14. Severability
‍If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.


‍15. Waiver
‍Failure by us to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

  • We may send notices to you by email, in-app message, or other means.

17. Assignment

  • You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
  • We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms (for     example, if we sell or merge the business), but will ensure your rights     are not negatively affected.

18. Entire Agreement‍

These Terms, together with your Privacy Policy and any service-specific additional terms (e.g. subscription terms), constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of the App, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements between us.
